Joseph M. Khoury, born in 1984 in Beirut, Lebanon, during the Lebanese Civil War, holds a bachelor of science in Graphic Design from the State University of New York.
He has been exploring his passion for photography and quality design ever since.
During his years of experience, he has been learning and developing different techniques to create, capture and post-produce images that will remain as beautiful stories.
During the summer of 2016 he was among the top ten finalists to exhibit their work at the
Beirut Art Fair, as part of the Byblos Bank Award for Photography.
In July 2016, he started a postcards project entitled "Bouyout Beirut" which led to his first
solo exhibition in December 2016, Beirut Design Fair and Beirut Design Week in 2019.
In 2020, he spoke in a yearly design and entrepreneur conference in Palm Springs California called “Alt Summit” about food photography.
Following the Beirut port explosions on August 4th 2020, the follow up project of Bouyout Beirut comparing the heritage houses before and after the explosions, the project was featured in national and international media platforms such as, BBC Culture, L'orient le Jour, , The Daily Star and others.
He has worked with clients in different fields, He also volunteered for NGO's such as DSC, Mada association and UNDP.
